I work with individuals who are living with chronic pain or chronic illness, caregiving responsibilities, grief and loss (including pet-related grief), major life transitions, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and take into account both your personal experiences and the broader factors affecting your well-being.

All sessions are with me, Amanda Bates MSW, RSW, a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, and health-aware approach to therapy tailored to your unique experience.
